Cancellation Policy
- A full amount payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - In the event of cancellation, the 50% non-refundable deposit will be retained by Uma Bhumi Spa - 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or significantly amend any booking. - Cancellations made within 24-hour of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount. - Failure to attend your appointment will result in 100% of the fee being charged or gift vouchers redeemed in full. * Please note that a 10% surcharge will apply on public holidays.
